Come Howl at the Moon
Join In for an all levels beach yoga and playful movement session at sunset and finishing under the March full moon.
Bring a mat, blanket, or just flow in the sand. You know we will howl during this donation based session.
Adventurous yogis can join in a post session swim in the Atlantic Ocean!
Walk to the beach access from the main parking lot past the restrooms and look left for our instructor Tom Helbig. Tom is the playful owner of Tomfoolery Outdoors, lives in his van and offers yoga sessions while snowbirding in Florida.
And, some of us may just watch and/or stay after for beach Happy Hour (so bring a chair, beverage, snack). The Sand Bar and Salt Life are right next door as well.
