No sailing club would be complete without some form of racing activity. Amelia Island Sailing Club (AISC) provides its members with the opportunity to participate in local club racing and also offers racing opportunities at other clubs in northeast Florida through its membership in First Coast Sailing Association (FCSA).

Fair Handicap System

Since each member has a different boat, PHRF handicap ratings are calculated based on the US Sailing Association guidelines by FCSA. Applying these PHRF rating adjustments to the actual finish times enhances the club racing experience and ensures that everyone has a chance to win.
