Dear AISC members,
Wednesday November 6 is water sampling day for the St. Marys Riverkeeper (SMRK) Water Quality (WQ) monitoring program. Our sampling time to catch an outgoing tide will be approximately 1:30 - 4:30 PM. We will be using our 2 sets of meters for assessing WQ chemistry parameters and taking a bacterial sample at each of our 10 AISC designated sample sites. Anyone wishing to participate should please respond to me by Tuesday October 29 via email richardbrenner1770@comcast.net
Also, please let me know whether you have a boat available. Because we have 2 sets of meters, we can have two boats taking the samples; at least 1 crew member on each boat must be credentialed by the SMRK as a water sampler.
